What is the WhatsApp SOS group for?
The HiPe SOS WhatsApp group is for teachers to post SOS messages when they have an emergency situation and can’t attend their classes or require some other kind of emergency assistance.
What happens if I agree to take someone’s lesson posted in the WhatsApp SOS group?
If you agree to take somebody’s class(es) you need to send Mehdi (el-mehdi.benrahhalate@hipekids.com) the information once the lesson is completed.
He will assign the lesson to your calendar and therefore keep track on Acuity.
If you have agreed to take the lesson with less than 24 hours notice there will be a £4.00 bonus payable.
In the EXTRA section of your online invoice you will need to write ‘SOS lesson: number of lessons including dates and child’s name’ You may add £4.00 for each short notice SOS lesson completed.
